TaylorED™ Coaching Plans 

At The Running Place, we are excited to introduce our new personalized coaching plans, designed specifically  to help you achieve your running goals with expert guidance every step of the way.

Whether you are a beginner looking to get started or an experienced runner aiming to improve your performance, Coach Kate is here to support you along the way with tailored plans and one-on-one coaching. Choose the plan that fits your needs and hit the ground running!

Plan 1: Starter Plan

Kick of your running journey with our Starter Plan. This plan begins with a unique ‘walk and talk’ session with Coach Kate. During this initial meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your goals, challenges, and preferences. Following this in-depth consultation, you’ll receive a customized training plan via email, tailored just for you. 

What’s Included: 

  • One-time introductory ‘walk and talk’ session with Coach Kate. 
  • Personalized training plan emailed to you after the consultation. 

Plan 2: Advanced Plan

Designed for those who are looking for ongoing support and adaptation in their training, the Progressive Plan includes weekly updated training plans based on your feedback and performance. Start with a consultation to establish your baseline and goals, and then receive a new, adjusted plan each week directly to your inbox. 

What’s Included: 

  • Initial consultation to discuss your running goals and current fitness level. 
  • Weekly personalized training plans, updated based on your ongoing feedback to Coach Kate. 

Optional Add-On For Either Plan: 

Enhance your training experience with an additional in-person or video chat session with Coach Kate. This is a great opportunity to discuss your progress, make adjustments to your plan, or cover any questions you may have.
